In May 2011 Dr Ngu attended a conference In Florida USA where she learned a gentler kinder way of treating cancer called IPT/IPTLD – Insulin Potentiated Therapy which targeted cancer cells at a Low Dose ( 10- 15%) of normal conventional chemotherapy doses.
